Last updated: September 9, 2026. This notice describes information handled by the Pure Trades website. It does not describe data processing by the Discord bot service.

Information you choose to provide

The website links to our Discord server and support email. Clicking an email link opens your email application; you decide whether to send a message. If you contact us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your inquiry. There is no public signup form on this version of the website.

Storage and service providers

The public website is hosted with Amazon Web Services Amplify Hosting, with domain DNS managed through Cloudflare. No signup database is connected to this static website. Hosting, infrastructure, and email providers may process information needed to operate the service. Operational and security systems may process connection metadata such as IP addresses. The website does not include advertising pixels or a third-party analytics integration in this version.

Interactive product demo

The interactive walkthrough runs on this website. Selecting bots, viewing event details and playing the tour do not sign you into Discord, send messages, create events or submit an RSVP. The preview guide is explanatory website content, not a copy of server messages. This version contains no private chats or ordinary member profiles. Its public product-data path is hosted on the same website; no Discord token is sent to your browser. The separate Join our Discord link takes you to Discord, where you may be asked to sign in or join. See Discord’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Contact support@puretrades.ai to request correction or deletion of information you have sent us. Do not send bot tokens, passwords, confidential server details, or other people’s personal information. We retain contact correspondence to respond to requests, subject to deletion requests and applicable obligations.

Scope of this notice

Activity after following our invitation is handled within Discord. See Discord’s Privacy Policy. This website notice does not establish the Discord bot service’s retention or processing practices. Material changes to the website’s data use require an updated notice.
